Title ： Rise and decline of soap films

Abstract：
In this talk, we will present results on soap film dynamics in different configurations. Firstly, we will show how they can be used as natural and easy-to-make nanofluidic channels, and how their complex nature and their deformability affect the electrokinetic transport of liquid. Secondly, we will show how electroosmosis in soap films can result in film stabilization. In the end, we will discuss a few new aspects of soap film fabrication and rupture dynamics and in particular show how the surfactant nature can result in the emergence of cracks in the soap film.
