(2)Contents of Fostering System for Young Researchers
In the following ways the system supports young researchers, who want to obtain tenure positions at universities and institutes. The system employs about nine limited-term assistant professors recruited through international applications. They are provided with budget and research facilities in order to establish an independent research environment. Joint research with faculty in the Division. Teaching in English in undergraduate and graduate courses is also required. In addition, Trustees and cooperative faculty mentors provide support for applying for positions at other universities, etc. and obtaining competitive research funds.
(3)Objectives
In the 3rd year:

- Promotion of independent research
- Training for graduate course lectures on their major subjects in English
-Intermediate assessment by the committee, including outside members
This Academic Production not only encourages publishing papers in journals with higher impact factors, but also evaluates their highly creative research production with no relation to the impact factors.
At the end of the period:
By the end of the period, the Academic Production will enhance teaching skills in both graduate and undergraduate courses, and encourage participation in symposiums and international conferences. As a result of these promotion and enhancement activities, the Academic Production aims to produce excellent human resources with educational abilities and management skills sufficient to obtain tenure positions.
After the period:
Academic Production will continue to develop the system established through the program to supply the leaders of next generation in educational research at other universities, graduate schools, institutes, and industry.
