When speaking on the topic of Justice relating to gender, the first questioin we need to begin with is, what gender is justice? This lecture forcuses on gender justice in India through the lens of intersectionality to emphasize on the necessity to recognize the interconnectedness as well as differences among categories of 'women'. The lecture addresses the issue of injustice through the thematic scope of violence. I explain how intersectionality can prove to be a useful framework of analysis to understand injustice meted out to Dalit women and the wawys forward.
