How do AI and IoT technology change the future of unpaid domestic labour? The international collaborative research project ‘The Future of Unpaid Work: AI’s Potential to Transform Domestic Work in Japan and UK’ has examined this question since 2020. This international webinar features the research findings of the project and discusses the future of introducing smart technology to the home. This work was supported by JST RISTEX Japan Grant Number JPMJRX19H4.
