The Non-Standard Vegetables Project aims to collaborate with the Cooking Club in cooperation with the “Ochas” Farm Team. This exchange meeting marked the first step toward strengthening interaction between the two schools and advancing initiatives to raise awareness of upcycling.

Going forward, the project will promote community-based sustainable food development through concrete product planning and iterative prototyping. The team also plans to disseminate the outcomes of the project widely and to enhance awareness of reducing environmental impact and food loss.

Reports on this exchange meeting have also been published on the website and social media accounts of Edogawa Gakuen Toride Junior & Senior High School.
