Outline
What does it mean to empower women in modern society? There is no single answer or universal approach to achieving gender equality and women's empowerment. Each woman faces unique challenges at home and in the workplace. However, wouldn't you want to know if there are common strategies that could help advance women's progress? While I don't have all the answers, let us explore these issues together.
In this lecture, we will delve deep into the historical changes following the enactment of the Equal Employment Opportunity Law in Japan, examine the current challenges women face when transitioning from university to career formation, and discuss anticipated changes over the next 10 to 20 years. We will also consider the role of cultural diversity and inclusion in Japan from the perspectives of both domestic and international students.
Through this lecture, we aim to provide practical strategies to navigate these rapidly changing times and achieve personal and professional goals.
