A recruitment and orientation seminar for Student Committee members, who promote “OCHA-SDGs” activities on and off campus, was held on October 28, 2022,
Proceeded by the first Student Committee leader, Ms. Sayumi OHTA (3rd year, Faculty of Letters and Education), Professor Yoko FUJIWARA introduced Institute for SDGs Promotion established in April 2022.
Then, the first leader of Student Committee Ms. Ohta explained about the "Organization of Student Committee Members," "Activities of Student Committee Members," and "Future Movements."
After Q&A session, participants were asked to fill out a questionnaire.
According to the result, 58 students showed their interest in either being an "active student committee member" or a "supportive student committee member”.
OCHA-SDGs are volunteer activities that willingly propose and promote a sustainable future.
