OCHA-SDGs Student Committee Planning: Entomophagy Consignment Sale

The OCHA-SDGs Student Committee, a working group of this Institute, will sell cricket powder-based products in collaboration with Ochanomizu University Co-op's purchasing department for a limited time.

This project, which is also supported by Moonshot Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Research and Development Program, was discussed by the OCHA-SDGs Student Committee Food Group, our Institute researcher Dr. Kei Yura (Professor, Faculty of Science), and Ochanomizu University Co-op.

Why don't you take this opportunity to try products that utilize crickets as one of your future food options?

*Please refrain from eating products if you are allergic to crustaceans.
