(FY2023) Notice of Food Drive on the University's Campus

2023年11月28日更新

On September 26, 2022, Ochanomizu University concluded a Comprehensive Collaborative Agreement on SDGs with Seven & i Holdings Co. Since then, as one form of industry-Academia cooperation, we have been working together to implement research outcomes into society in order to realize a sustainable society.

This year, as part of the University's SDGs promotion activities, a food drive*1 will be held again. It has been conducted in collaboration with the affiliated schools (kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, and high school) since October, and a large number of food items have already been collected.

In December 2023, university's food drive will be held around the campus. Please see the details below and join us. We look forward to the participation of many Ochanomizu students, faculty and staff.

*1 Food drive: An activity in which households bring in surplus food to donate to welfare organizations and food banks (NPOs, social welfare councils, etc.).
