Recipes created by OCHA-SDGs Student Committee have been published in Seven Premium "Recipes for the Wise (Kenjya-no-Recipe)" [February]

Recipes created by members of OCHA-SDGs Student Committee were published in "Recipes for the Wise(*)" (updated February 1), which is operated by Seven & i Holdings Co.
A total of six recipes, three each for January and February 2024, were published.

*Seven & i Holdings Co has a comprehensive collaborative agreement on SDGs with Ochanomizu University. (You can refer to this article (J).)

February's recipes include croquettes made with soybeans that were not eaten during Setsubun(*), a stylish cakesale full of vegetables, and a bite-size pizza that offers unexpected tastes with oatmeal, banana, and ketchup.
(*setsubun...an annual Japanese festival on 3rd February the common people are traditionally accustomed to throw soybeans to ward off eviil and bring good fortune)

(*) Recipes for the Wise (Kenjya-no-Recipe) is a collection of recipes that aim to make everyone HAPPY, including those who grow the ingredients, those who cook, and those who eat. The recipes are delicious without being wasteful and are enjoyable to cook easily, taking into consideration the environment and food loss.
