The 1st Corporate Collaboration OCHA-SDGs Consortium was held

The first corporate collaboration OCHA-SDGs consortium was held on Friday, February 3, 2023.
We invited private corporates that are actively working to promote the SDGs and held lively discussions with experts in sustainability research and our student committee members.
Purpose of the event:
・Build an ecosystem to achieve the SDGs and improve the presence of both universities and corporates.
・From the standpoint of leading the SDGs in each corporate, we receive proposals on the ideal form of OCHA-SDGs.
Topics discussed:
Compared to five years ago, the SDGs have toned down in companies.
The gap between such companies and the younger generation who have received education on the SDGs is getting broader.
In order to eliminate the value difference resulting from this gap, entrepreneurship and human resource development are essential to solve problems both between companies and consumers.
Participants had direct and active discussions on various other issues.
