President and Vice-President of OCHA-SDGs Student Committee visited Okayama University for exchange

President Satomi Nakamura and Vice-President Senri Doi had the honor to visit Okayama University on behalf of the Student Committee on February 22-23, 2024.

Over two days, they visited Data Science Department (DS Department) and SDGs Ambassador TFT (TABLE FOR TWO) of Okayama University.

Both universities had an opportunity to share activities and exchange ideas on how to achieve the SDGs on their original ways.

They then exchanged opinions with Mr. Mitsunobu Kano, Vice Director and Chair of the SDGs Promotion and Planning Council, on how student activities should be conducted. Finally, they paid a courtesy visit to President Yasutomo Nasu of Okayama University.

We ended the exchange with high expectations for further contribution to the SDGs of both universities, making the best use of the network among universities throughout Japan.
