2024年1月10日更新

Recipes created by members of OCHA-SDGs Student Committee were published in "Recipes for the Wise(*)" (updated January 5), which is operated by Seven & i Holdings Co.
A total of six recipes, three each for January and February 2024, will be published.

*Seven & i Holdings Co has a comprehensive collaborative agreement on SDGs with Ochanomizu University. (You can refer to this article(J).)

January's recipes include unexpected dishes using "that ingredient" which can often be leftovers at this time of the year, and easy menus that do not use fire and can reduce the amount of time-consuming dishes to be washed.

  • Made in a frying pan! Mochitto-Chigiri* Bread (J)
  • Aroma of dashi* drifts in the air! Chinese cabbage and tofu* coleslaw style (J)
  • No need for a knife, simple sava*ghetti in the microwave! (J)

*Mochitto-Chigiri: can feel squishy when pulling apart
    *dashi: soup stock
    *tofu: soybean curd
    *sava(ghetti): mackerel

Please also see the thoughts the students put into their recipes (J).
It is introduced through this article as well.

The recipes easy to understand are introduced with lots of photos and the students' thoughts on the recipes are also described on the page.
The taste is of course delicious! We hope you will try it.

(*) Recipes for the Wise (Kenjya-no-Recipe) is a collection of recipes that aim to make everyone HAPPY, including those who grow the ingredients, those who cook, and those who eat. The recipes are delicious without being wasteful and are enjoyable to cook easily, taking into consideration the environment and food loss.
