Plant-Based Food Menu Devised by OCHA-SDGs Student Committee Members Sold at the Co-op Cafeteria 【Part 4】 | お茶の水女子大学
OCHA-SDGs Student Committee has been working with Ochas, the university's official club, since last year to propose plant-based food dishes for the Co-op cafeteria lunch menu.
This time, as the fourth phase, two dishes, chilled soy milk udon with summer vegetables and stir-fried soy meat and summer vegetables with miso, were devised and marketed after trial production.
Through the five days, we confirm that the cafeteria sold 325 (/360) servings of chilled soy milk udon with summer vegetables and 180 (/180) servings of stir-fried soy meat and summer vegetables with miso.
During the same period, we placed a survey board at the entrance and exit of the Co-op cafeteria to conduct a questionnaire on plant-based foods. More than 100 people on campus responded to questions on the board, including students, faculty, and staff.
We will continue to incorporate student feedback and make every effort to further develop this activity. This time's outcome and survey result will be referred in discussions with the Co-op for future offerings.
Thank you very much for your purchase and cooperation.
We look forward to your continued support.
