The research by Yui KAWASAKI (AF) and others appeared in Apetite.  

The research by our Academic Research Fellow (AF), Yui KAWASAKI, and others appeared in the international scholarly journal, Apetite.  

The group of associated research-workers including Yui Kawasaki (AF) and Rie Akamatsu (Prof) from our institute found out five action-patterns among dwellers’ Sustainable and Healthy Dietary Behaviors, SHDBs, and made each pattern’s character clear on the basis of data from a questionnaire survey (they conducted) intended for 600 people of the general habitants. 

From now on, on the basis of this research’s result, it will be expected to realize the sustainable society from the field of food through developing strategies of promotion and education that are adjusted to each pattern’s characteristic this thesis shows. 

*SHDBs: The eating behaviors that dwellers should follow so as to contribute to the sustainability of food like good health, environmental protection, and so on. 

This research was published in “Appetite”, the American academic journal that conducts peer reviews (Online version of the 4th November).
