Food Drive Around the Campus

From 25th to 27th October 2022, Food Drive (=food donation) was held on the university campus.
The activity was carried out in cooperation with Ochanomizu University Kindergarten, Elementary School, Junior High school and Senior High school, as a form of participation in activities that have been carried out for many years by Seven & i Holdings Co.,Ltd.

A lot of food was collected!
The University and its affiliated schools collected more than 200 kg in all.
The collected food was donated to a food bank in Tokyo and will be delivered to people in need.
One of the student committee members who took part in this activity said, "I am screaming with joy that we received so many cardboard boxes full of food that we had a hard time lifting them!"
We would like to express our sincere thanks to all those who cooperated in this activity and to all those who donated food items.
