produced by OCHA-SDGs Student Committee

From January to December 2023, OCHA-SDGs Student Committee ESD Group published a monthly "OCHA-SDGs Calendar" introducing International Days of the month. Each calendar was distributed online via the campus SNS "Ochat" and the institute's official X (formerly Twitter), and posted on the bulletin board of the university's library (paper media) every month.

The report was also sent by e-mail or handed out in paper form to each affiliated school / kindergarten, and displayed in places where students and kindergarten children can see it. In September, a few illustrations were provided by the affiliated junior high school students, therefore, OCHA-SDGs calendar could be created in collaboration with the affiliated junior high school as well.

The commentaries of International Days were written from information gathered by the student committee members in charge of this project. In March 2024, the ESD group members also created OCHA-SDGs desktop calendar for 2024 with the data. (Click hereto view)

This calendar, in which student committee members introduce parts of International Days designated by the United Nations or other international organizations, has been an important item that supports OCHA-SDGs Student Committee's activities related to education.
