On Monday, February 6, the first meeting of the Ochanomizu University Co-op and OCHA-SDGs was held, which included the executive director of the Ochanomizu University Co-op, the head of the purchasing department, the co-op student committee members (GI), the student and career support division, and the Institute’s student committee members.
We shared the current situation and activities of each organization, and the OCHA-SDGs student committee proposed a collaboration plan that utilizes the characteristics of our university. We also received a positive response to this collaboration proposal with the institute. We were able to set a common goal.
The University Co-op is to promote initiatives that make the SDGs a common language nationwide, and examples of initiatives by each university are currently being introduced.
We will build a further partnership with the Ochanomizu University Co-op, which is indispensable for promoting the SDG activities on campus.
